What you will do

• Plan and execute AI-assisted outreach to personalize messaging and generate leads.
• Conduct story-driven sales calls showcasing products like Spatial Agent for tours and museums.
• Perform product demonstrations online and in person.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows and conferences, networking and evangelizing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and new use cases.
• Assist in sales process improvements, pricing plans, and SaaS funnel refinement.
• Collaborate with marketing on partner materials and engage event attendees for leads.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German for clear, persuasive communication.
• Sales mentality: proactive, goal-oriented hunter focused on closing deals.
• Pursuing or recent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; sales or tech internship experience is a plus.
• Strong people skills: friendly, confident, adaptable, good at storytelling and handling objections.
• Tech savvy with excitement for AR/VR, AI; familiar with Microsoft Office; CRM tools like Pipedrive a plus.
• Self-starter: proactive, quick learner in agile startup environment.
