What you will do
- Identify and prospect new partnerships aligned with business objectives in the DACH region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential and existing partner companies.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance to implement growth and optimization strategies.
- Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development with a focus on the DACH region.
- Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to translate them into customer value.
- Must be based in Germany.
