What you will do

• Identify and prospect new partnerships aligned with business objectives in the DACH region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential and existing partner companies.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance to implement growth and optimization strategies.
• Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development with a focus on the DACH region.
• Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to translate them into customer value.
• Must be based in Germany.
