TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Cologne, Germany) - minimum of 2 days per week in-office

What you will do
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to educate them on lead details and opportunities.
- Manage client expectations and overcome objections to drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Network with potential clients at industry events to build pipelines.
- Promote the company mission of workplace wellbeing to target industries across multiple geographies.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to work in a scale-up environment.
- Ability to use data to create analytically based sales strategies.
- Collaborative team player capable of multi-tasking in a fast-growing organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
