TL;DR

Business Development Executive I (Wellness): Identifying and engaging potential corporate clients to drive growth of the workplace wellness platform with an accent on lead generation and relationship management. Focus on achieving sales targets, overcoming objections, and expanding market presence across multiple sectors.

Location: Hybrid (Cologne, Germany) - minimum of 2 days per week in-office

What you will do

  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to educate them on lead details and opportunities.
  • Manage client expectations and overcome objections to drive conversions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Network with potential clients at industry events to build pipelines.
  • Promote the company mission of workplace wellbeing to target industries across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the resilience to work in a scale-up environment.
  • Ability to use data to create analytically based sales strategies.
  • Collaborative team player capable of multi-tasking in a fast-growing organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • High affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
