What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Investigate cost discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee project-related invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Track and evaluate the financial impact of change orders.
• Ensure proper cost coding and financial accuracy across projects.
• Present financial reporting packages and analyses to operating divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project accounting or cost control.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and project costing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, EPC, manufacturing, or capital projects.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Viewpoint.
