What you will do

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and prepaid transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, Expensify, and fixed assets.
• Support AP reconciliations and the AP run process.
• Monitor GL accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and propose process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a U.S. GAAP based company.
• Familiarity with NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cost accounting or expense allocation practices.
• Understanding of equity or bonus compensation accounting.
