What you will do

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
• Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts.
• Plan and execute internal events, team-building activities, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Manager role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a corporate environment.
• Must be based in Selangor, Malaysia for office-based operations.
