What you will do
- Manage facilities operations across the Sepang and Putrajaya sites, including preventive and corrective maintenance, routine inspections, cleanliness, fire protection, equipment identification, and safety compliance.
- Control site access and records, manage airport authority requirements including MAHB Pass compliance, and maintain site security procedures.
- Establish and maintain the Site Security Plan and Security Risk Register, assessing security, crisis, and site-specific risks.
- Coordinate facilities management providers, service-level agreements, vendor performance, contract reviews, procurement support, and supplier evaluation.
- Manage environmental, waste, fire protection, health, safety, and emergency response activities in coordination with relevant teams and authorities.
- Support renovation projects, administrative services, budgeting, cost forecasting, audits, corrective action plans, and enterprise risk management.
Requirements
- Professional experience in facilities management and physical security.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance, access control, fire protection, waste management, and site security risk assessment.
- Ability to manage vendors, service-level agreements, contracts, budgets, audits, and corrective action plans.
- Ability to support compliance with airport authority, environmental, health and safety, and applicable national, state, city, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Ability to participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.
