What you will do
- Compile and check spare part catalogues using technical drawings.
- Prepare order documentation in accordance with company processes and procedures.
- Review documentation for consistency and completeness.
- Prepare documentation packages, including printing and filing.
- Monitor documentation material stocks and initiate purchases when required.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate activities based on forecasts from the SAP system, while communicating with German documentation partners.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher education.
- Relevant experience in a complex industrial equipment environment, preferably with documentation experience.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure.
