Location: Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia

What you will do
- Compile and check spare-part catalogues using technical drawings.
- Prepare order documentation according to company processes and procedures.
- Review documentation for consistency and completeness.
- Prepare documentation packages, including printing and filing.
- Monitor documentation-material stocks and trigger purchases when required.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate activities using forecasts from the SAP system while communicating with German documentation counterparts.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher education.
- Relevant experience in a complex industrial equipment environment, preferably with documentation responsibilities.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure.
