Document Controller (Construction)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; site-based, on-site role

What you will do

• Assist with creating reports and technical documents.
• Enter accurate metadata into electronic records to support efficient search and retrieval.
• Implement trackers to monitor the closeout of proprietor actions.
• Manage and control information circulation.
• Set up and maintain an efficient document management system.
• Update, maintain, archive, and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers, and databases while supporting quality and document control objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar document management role.
• Experience with Aconex and SharePoint, which are critical for the role.
• Strong ability to manage a large volume and range of information.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for a site-based role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
