Salary: Up to £84,000

What you will do

• Manage, develop, and coach a team of approximately 6 pricing analysts.
• Prioritize and deliver pricing initiatives for the Broker Motor channel to maximize growth and profit.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and oversee their deployment into the live environment.
• Own quote data enhancement and governance to ensure accurate datasets for modeling.
• Play a key role in the multi-year budgeting process and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, actuarial, and finance functions.

Requirements

• Degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in insurance pricing or a related analytical background.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with WTW Radar or equivalent pricing software.
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques (e.g., GLMs, GBMs, Random Forests, Neural Networks).
• Must be based in the UK.
