What you will do

• Lead a small team of specialists to deliver fast, accurate weekly performance reporting and deep data-driven insights.
• Analyze Workplace Pensions data from Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and GCP to improve conversion, flow, and retention rates.
• Design and maintain business forecasting models and the 6-year operating budget for new schemes.
• Communicate business performance to the Executive leadership team through regular reporting and weekly trading calls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, and Strategy teams to support the Workplace Distribution and Growth Strategy.
• Manage the distribution sales target setting process and performance management reporting.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Workplace Pensions industry, including products, competitors, and regulations.
• Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel to interpret complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills to model the commercial impact of business activities.
• Ability to build relationships across corporate functions including Finance and Marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Edinburgh office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI literacy, Data Ethics, and Data Storytelling.
• Technical experience with Power BI DAX, Google Cloud Platform, Python, SQL, and Machine Learning.
