What you will do

• Lead delivery of regular executive insights on customer behaviours, preferences, and trends across propositions, features, and channels.
• Triangulate data from behaviour, research, analytics, and market intelligence for comprehensive recommendations.
• Translate complex information into simple, compelling stories for audiences up to director level.
• Support external customer insight messaging and Board-level engagement.
• Prioritise requests, craft briefs, and explore creative insight sharing methods.
• Promote customer-centred culture driven by insights across the organisation.

Requirements

• Confidence producing customer insight for senior/executive audiences, ideally in financial services or data-rich environment
• Excellent storytelling: translate data into clear narratives with structure, language, and visuals.
• Strong prioritisation in agile environment with competing demands.
• Expertise triangulating multiple data sources and applying team knowledge.
• Problem-framing for ambiguous questions and relationship management for timely delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
