Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (plus commission)

What you will do
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for the federal sector.
- Develop and advance sales opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineers, Delivery, and Legal to close complex enterprise deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and technical buyers within Federal Government agencies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and track all activities within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 5+ years of experience selling maintenance, support, or high-value technology solutions (ERP, Managed Services).
- Deep understanding of the Federal Space, including DOD and Civilian agencies, GWACs, and channel partnerships.
- Expertise in full sales cycle management and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Must be based in or within commuting distance of Washington, D.C.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
