Salary: $137,900–$184,500 USD (US residents)

What you will do

  • Manage full lifecycle of partnerships: identify use-cases, build business cases, evaluate candidates, negotiate terms, launch, enable teams, and go to market.
  • Drive channel pipeline with partners via white-glove engagement, events, cross-selling, and incentives.
  • Build assets and processes to enable partner teams for co-selling integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement on integrations, referrals, and joint marketing.
  • Support executive leaders in strategic sales deals with workflow expertise and partner ecosystem leverage.
  • Define and track metrics for partnership success, addressing escalations.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in channel partnerships, co-selling, or related (Partnerships, Business Ops, Product Mgmt, Channel Sales, Consulting).
  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.
  • Direct experience building/managing co-selling with channel partners.
  • Ability to source, design, negotiate, and implement new partnerships and GTM strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, organization, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of trades industries preferred.
