Salary: $145,000 – $235,000

What you will do

• Lead global enterprise architecture strategies across multiple markets and business units.
• Partner with CIOs and IT leaders to align architecture roadmaps with 2-3 year business strategies.
• Drive the evolution of data and analytical products, including GenAI solutions and knowledge graphs.
• Organize and lead global technology summits and roadshows to showcase architectural value.
• Define and track OKRs to measure the impact of architecture initiatives on organizational goals.
• Mentor and lead geographically dispersed teams of enterprise architects.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years specifically in Enterprise Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience at the Senior Director or AVP level.
• Proven track record of defining architecture strategies for large-scale global transformations.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for candidates based in Quebec.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

• IASA certification.
• Experience in FinTech or InsurTech sectors.
• Background in management or technology consulting.
