Location: Hybrid role with presence required in Toronto, Montreal, Waterloo, or Wellesley Hills.
Salary: $145,000 – $235,000

What you will do
- Lead global enterprise architecture strategies across multiple markets and business units.
- Partner with CIOs and IT leaders to align architecture roadmaps with 2-3 year business strategies.
- Drive the evolution of data and analytical products, including GenAI solutions and knowledge graphs.
- Organize and lead global technology summits and roadshows to showcase architectural value.
- Define and track OKRs to measure the impact of architecture initiatives on organizational goals.
- Mentor and lead geographically dispersed teams of enterprise architects.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years specifically in Enterprise Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience at the Senior Director or AVP level.
- Proven track record of defining architecture strategies for large-scale global transformations.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for candidates based in Quebec.
- Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

- Experience in FinTech or InsurTech sectors.
