What you will do

• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for Digital Experience projects.
• Design and lead the implementation of complex digital solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
• Establish and maintain architectural principles, patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards.
• Define and operationalize the team's AI-augmented development stack.
• Serve as the primary technical lead on complex client engagements.
• Lead and mentor senior developers and the broader development team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Strong background in designing and implementing complex technical solutions for web applications, interactive digital experiences, and/or immersive platforms.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in multiple technology stacks and development frameworks.
• Pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
