What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client executives, understanding market trends and business goals.
• Lead solution architecture and drive technical implementation for large-scale programs of work.
• Manage account strategy, including pre-sales, scope definition, and proactive proposal development.
• Ensure technical excellence by championing best practices like TDD, pair programming, and infrastructure automation.
• Manage risks, budgets, and contractual agreements while ensuring security and compliance.
• Foster team growth and maintain an inclusive, high-performing culture across delivery teams.

Requirements

• Seasoned professional with deep experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and solution design.
• Proven track record in managing the scope and shape of complex technical programs.
• Experience in account management, client reporting, and technical sales support.
• Strong ability to establish relationships with senior leadership and navigate ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada as this is an onsite role.
