Salary: $108,000–$138,000 (plus commission)

What you will do
- Identify and close cross-sell opportunities to expand the footprint within an assigned book of business.
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle, ensuring high service adoption and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure contract renewals and mitigate churn risks.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to align solutions with client business goals.
- Oversee service delivery quality and manage deal-level margins to meet financial targets.
- Leverage executive relationships to generate references, success stories, and marketing assets.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology companies, specifically in sales, account management, or consulting.
- 5+ years of experience selling technology services, including software support, managed services, or professional services.
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales customer-facing roles such as account management or customer success.
- 2+ years of experience selling Application Management Services (AMS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing enterprise-level accounts.
Nice to have
- Experience in Oracle and/or SAP markets and ERP software ecosystems.
- Master's degree or MBA.
