Salary: $102,595 – $114,665

What you will do
- Manage small and mid-sized strategic healthcare accounts to ensure ongoing success.
- Turn complex data into meaningful stories to strengthen partnerships and guide optimizations.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and build scalable SOPs and documentation.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers and Directors to drive mission-critical initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare operations.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (specifically pivot tables).
- Experience using Salesforce, Looker, and project management tools like Asana.
- Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and align multiple stakeholders on priorities.
- Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Experience working within high-growth startups, health plans (payers), or health systems.
- Proven track record of designing scalable operational processes.
- Experience presenting data insights directly to external clients or partners.
