Salary: $202,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for Agent Context to position hirify.global as the organizational memory for the agentic enterprise.
• Optimize retrieval quality and performance across search and RAG experiences for relevance and trust.
• Shape core AI capabilities for shared knowledge extraction to enable seamless human-agent coordination.
• Partner on governance and trust to ensure AI systems are safe and enterprise-ready.
• Use customer pain points and usage metrics to guide high-impact product decisions and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ship improvements for core AI experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in search, retrieval, AI, or platform-centric products.
• Proven ability to translate technical constraints (APIs, LLMs, integrations) into a cohesive roadmap.
• Experience working with engineering teams on complex, ambiguous systems where quality is critical.
• Strong data-oriented judgment and comfort using metrics and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in New York City to adhere to the office-centric hybrid requirements.
