What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for enterprise SaaS and critical communications features.
• Lead AI and ML product initiatives, including generative AI, LLM integration, RAG architectures, and responsible AI deployment.
• Drive agile product development, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct customer discovery, win/loss analysis, and market research to inform product requirements and feature prioritization.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, using data and insights to guide roadmap decisions and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or software engineering with ownership of product strategy in agile environments.
• Proven experience shipping AI/ML-powered features in production, with knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Must be based in the United States.
• English proficiency required.
