What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 6 professionals.
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure scalable and efficient e-payment operations for a high-volume B2C environment.
- Strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with Tech/IT teams to drive hands-on improvements in financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations.
- Proven leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
- Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
- Experience working with ERP and payment systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- German language skills are considered a plus.
