What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 6 professionals.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure scalable and efficient e-payment operations for a high-volume B2C environment.
• Strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with Tech/IT teams to drive hands-on improvements in financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations.
• Proven leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• German language skills are considered a plus.
