What you will do

• Provide project risk management for AM projects, including oversight of Strategy 2030.
• Perform strategic risk management activities, focusing on the identification and assessment of emerging risks.
• Maintain the Risk Management Framework and contribute to the second-line policy process.
• Provide complex advice and countervailing power to senior management (MB AM) and various stakeholders.
• Drive and execute second-line activities to support strategic transitions and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in risk management, including project and strategic risk.
• Academic degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in organizational change and transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle resistance.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Amsterdam.
