Global Direct Tax Manager

What you will do

• Prepare Dutch accounting positions, document group tax accounting, and explain to internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Oversee preparation and review of local tax returns.
• Support Dutch tax return preparation and Pillar Two/Public CbCR implementation.
• Maintain Dutch transfer pricing documentation.
• Drive tax technology initiatives including data analytics, reporting, visualization, and AI.
• Develop global tax strategies, advise management, and monitor tax law changes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Tax Degree (Bachelor or Master).
• 4-8 years experience in BIG 4 or international setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of tax accounting and reporting.
• Ownership and solution-oriented mentality.
• Ability to operate in complex international environment.
