What you will do
- Prepare Dutch accounting positions, document group tax accounting, and explain to internal stakeholders and auditors.
- Oversee preparation and review of local tax returns.
- Support Dutch tax return preparation and Pillar Two/Public CbCR implementation.
- Maintain Dutch transfer pricing documentation.
- Drive tax technology initiatives including data analytics, reporting, visualization, and AI.
- Develop global tax strategies, advise management, and monitor tax law changes.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Tax Degree (Bachelor or Master).
- 4-8 years experience in BIG 4 or international setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax accounting and reporting.
- Ownership and solution-oriented mentality.
- Ability to operate in complex international environment.
