Location: Must be currently living and allowed to work in The Netherlands. Hybrid role based in Utrecht.
Salary: €10,127 – €14,467 gross per month.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end client relationships with European financial institutions.
- Drive business development by identifying client needs and prospecting new accounts.
- Coordinate internal product teams, Risk, Legal, and Compliance departments to deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee commercial topics, credit processes, and compliance reviews for the portfolio.
- Act as a senior contributor within the FIG team to support European expansion strategy.
- Challenge product teams to ensure client goals are met while maintaining a helicopter view of the relationship.
Requirements
- Must be currently living and allowed to work in The Netherlands.
- HBO or WO degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial institutions and an existing European network.
- Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and business development in wholesale or financial markets.
- Understanding of credit processes and compliance requirements (KYC/CDD).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at a senior level.
- German language skills are a strong plus.
