Salary: €10,127 – €14,467 gross per month.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client relationships with European financial institutions.
• Drive business development by identifying client needs and prospecting new accounts.
• Coordinate internal product teams, Risk, Legal, and Compliance departments to deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee commercial topics, credit processes, and compliance reviews for the portfolio.
• Act as a senior contributor within the FIG team to support European expansion strategy.
• Challenge product teams to ensure client goals are met while maintaining a helicopter view of the relationship.

Requirements

• Must be currently living and allowed to work in The Netherlands.
• HBO or WO degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial institutions and an existing European network.
• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and business development in wholesale or financial markets.
• Understanding of credit processes and compliance requirements (KYC/CDD).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at a senior level.
• German language skills are a strong plus.
