What you will do

• Lead annual and in-year supplier negotiations to improve commercial contributions.
• Optimize invoice rebates and maximize payment terms.
• Develop and manage promotional plans with suppliers to boost commercial performance.
• Manage a broad supplier portfolio and substantial purchasing volumes.
• Oversee purchasing activities across various categories including OTC, supplements, and cosmetics.

Requirements

• Solid experience in buying, strategic purchasing, or category management.
• Mandatory background in pharma retail, para-pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, food supplements, or beauty.
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial terms and supporting category growth.
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• University degree (preferred).
