European Warehousing & Logistics Procurement Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of suppliers for warehousing and logistics operations.
• Establish supplier evaluation, tiered management, and performance assessment systems.
• Lead quotation comparison, contract negotiation, order tracking, exception handling, and after-sales coordination.
• Analyze market price trends and implement procurement strategies to achieve annual cost-saving targets.
• Optimize procurement processes, standardize operating procedures, and support e-procurement system implementation.
• Coordinate with operational departments and provide procurement solutions that support business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience managing suppliers and procurement activities across the full purchasing cycle.
• Ability to negotiate contracts, manage orders, and ensure delivery and quality compliance.
• Experience with cost analysis, centralized purchasing, framework agreements, or similar cost-reduction methods.
• Ability to optimize processes, establish standard operating procedures, and improve procurement compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and business support skills.
