Internship - Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Monitor supplier performance during the development of new equipment and New Product Introduction projects.
• Manage procurement documentation and conduct benchmarking and supplier scouting across metal, electronics, and plastics categories.
• Connect suppliers with hirify.global project activities and track execution against project GANTT schedules.
• Coordinate with buyers and colleagues in R&D, quality, planning, fulfilment, and engineering.
• Create tools or AI agents to improve project buyer activity management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electrotechnic Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent Italian and English communication skills required.
• Proactive, dynamic, broad-minded, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
