Project Buyer (f/m/d) (Manufacturing)

Location: Pinerolo, Italy

Salary: €31,000 minimum gross annual salary

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchase order processes with approved suppliers.
• Build supplier relationships and support performance improvement from sourcing and quotation through negotiation.
• Drive supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness initiatives.
• Monitor raw material inventory with SCM and define replenishment strategies.
• Support procurement and supply chain strategy development and implementation.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Fluent English is required.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
• Additional language skills.
