What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting for SAP HCM and Payroll modules.
- Provide functional support and training, ensuring compliance with Mexican tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., CFDI, ISR, IMSS).
- Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
- Develop application break fixes and create scripts to identify and correct data issues.
- Collaborate in a virtual team environment to share field experience and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing methodologies and diagnostic tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, specifically with SAP HCM/Payroll.
- 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Mexico localization tax and regulatory requirements.
- 10+ years of direct support experience for application end-users in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
- Expertise with SAP ECC configuration and administration.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support a 24/7/365 global operation.
Nice to have
- SAP certification.
- Experience with SAP Industry Solutions or other Country Specific Solutions.
- Consulting background.
- Experience with global implementations.
