Location: Montreal, Quebec (with telecommuting possibilities)

What you will do

  • Analyze business requirements and perform gap analysis between client needs and technological solutions.
  • Translate requirements into system configuration objects and create best-practice solution designs.
  • Manage Third Party Application Maintenance (TPAM) and ensure HRIS system data reliability.
  • Monitor legal and software developments to provide expert advice and user training.
  • Resolve corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance tickets.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential improvements to the solution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll or S/4 HCM Payroll.
  • SAP HCM PA / OM expertise is mandatory.
  • Excellent English proficiency is required.
  • Experience with Payroll Control Center and SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly desired.
  • Previous functional role in Payroll or Human Resources is a strong plus.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Payroll Control Center.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
  • French language skills.
