What you will do

• Participate in project workshops, steering committees, and translate client needs into deliverables like documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Parameterize HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) based on functional specifications and conduct acceptance/non-regression tests.
• Provide third-party maintenance, manage user support, monitor legal changes, and handle corrective/preventive/evolutionary tickets.
• Identify improvements, coordinate with clients and teams, and supervise project teams depending on seniority.

Requirements

• More than 2 years experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Core HR & Payroll (EC, ECP, Time), Talent Management (RM, RMK, PMGM, LMS)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international projects; French is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, leadership, and intellectual curiosity
