TL;DR

Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (SAP): Implementing and supporting HRIS solutions for international clients with an accent on parameterization of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and Talent modules, project management, and system maintenance. Focus on conducting configuration workshops, translating client needs into deliverables, running test campaigns, and proactively identifying improvements.

Location: Madrid, Spain (telecommuting possibilities)

Global HR consulting group assisting clients in HR transformation, HRIS implementation (SAP SuccessFactors and others), and payroll outsourcing across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific.

What you will do

  • Participate in project monitoring workshops, steering committees, and collaboration with project teams for configuration, acceptance, and training.
  • Translate client needs into deliverables including design documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Parameterize HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) based on functional specifications and analyze processes.
  • Conduct acceptance and non-regression tests to ensure system integrity.
  • Provide third-party maintenance, manage user support, monitor legal changes, and handle corrective/evolutionary tickets.
  • Coordinate with clients and supervise project teams depending on seniority.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
  • More than 2 years experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Technical and functional expertise in modules like Core HR & Payroll (EC, ECP, Time) or Talent Management (RM, RMK, PMGM, LMS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and intellectual curiosity for leading, training, and convincing.

  • French language skills.
