Senior SuccessFactors Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Participate in all phases of SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS implementation, including design, configuration, acceptance, deployment, and support.
• Translate client requirements into functional deliverables, documentation, test scripts, presentations, and training materials.
• Configure HR modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time, and Talent according to functional specifications.
• Plan and execute acceptance and non-regression testing throughout implementation projects.
• Support maintenance activities, user assistance, bug fixes, system evolutions, patches, and new releases.
• Depending on seniority, coordinate client relationships and supervise project teams, workload, and budgets.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Technical and functional expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time, or Talent Management.
• Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written, are required.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work with international clients and participate in workshops, testing, support, and project coordination.
