SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Spain): Participate in all phases of SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support for HRIS solutions with an accent on design, parameterization, acceptance, deployment, and maintenance. Focus on configuring modules, integrating versions, leading workshops, translating client needs into deliverables, and handling maintenance tickets.

Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Granada, Albacete (Spain). Telecommuting possibilities.

Global HR consulting group assisting customers in HR transformation, HRIS implementation (SaaS/On-Premise), and payroll outsourcing across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific.

What you will do

  • Participate in implementation projects including workshops, parameterization, acceptance testing, go-live assistance, and user training.
  • Translate client needs into deliverables like documentation, presentations, design specs, and training materials.
  • Configure SAP HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) and evaluate impacts on HR processes.
  • Integrate new solution versions into client environments via data transfers.
  • Handle maintenance: respond to tickets for bug fixes, user support, evolutions, patches, and new versions.
  • Provide technical monitoring, user training, and advice on solution evolutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in Spanish payroll (PY-ES) implementation projects
  • Experience with SAP HCM
  • Experience leading workshops for requirements gathering and running meetings
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Wish to evolve in a consulting environment
