SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: Naucalpan, Estado de México, Mexico; remote work is possible, with willingness to travel at least 25%

What you will do

• Analyze customer needs and map them to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functionality for Mexican payroll.
• Validate requirements and apply SAP HCM Payroll and ECP best practices.
• Configure, upgrade, and deploy SAP HCM Payroll or ECP solutions.
• Act as the main customer contact during implementation and report to the client-side project manager and hirify.global service manager.
• Document solutions, transfer functional knowledge to key users, and support customer testing, including unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or systems engineering background.
• Participation in at least three SAP HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll projects.
• Good customer communication skills.
• Medium-level English is mentioned but is not mandatory.
• Availability for at least 25% travel or remote work from the stated location.

Nice to have

• Employee Central Payroll implementation experience.
