SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (SAP): Implementation and delivery of SAP HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll solutions for Mexican Payroll with an accent on analysis of customer needs, configuration based on best practices, and validation of requirements. Focus on performing configurations, documentation, testing scenarios, upgrades, and deployment.

Location: Naucalpan, Edo. de México, Mexico State. Be willing to travel at least 25% or remote work.

What you will do

• Analyze customer needs and map them to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) functionality for Mexican Payroll.
• Validate requirements and apply best practices as the main point of contact during implementation.
• Configure SAP HCM Payroll or ECP based on customer requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation and conduct functional handover to key users.
• Support client in test scenarios, unit, and integral tests.
• Upgrade and deploy the payroll solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or systems engineering.
• At least 3 projects with SAP HCM Payroll/Employee Central Payroll.
• Medium English level (not mandatory).
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Employee Central Payroll implementations (plus, not mandatory).
