What you will do

• Support Technical Account Managers in the implementation and configuration of software for customers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and product utilization.
• Coordinate the resolution of basic and complex customer inquiries by gathering information and assessing issues.
• Identify gaps in site setup and workflow, developing solutions to promote best practices.
• Track time spent on customer engagements and maintain accurate records of account progress and milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-level technical support or service role.
• Experience in a SaaS company is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Office, and APIs is considered a bonus.
