What you will do

• Coordinate standard and custom integration projects for strategic clients.
• Configure API settings and manage a high-volume work queue alongside Customer Success teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues arising from platform changes or initial setups.
• Act as an internal integrations expert, providing feedback to improve automation offerings.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and update client workbooks or SOPs.
• Explain complex technical processes, including Developer API Portal documentation, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in software setup or technical operating procedures.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and FTPs.
• Proven track record of managing large work queues and achieving results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lehi, Utah.
