TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (SaaS): Managing end-to-end implementation projects for a compensation platform with an accent on technical configuration, API integrations, and data migration. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid: 3-4 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Drive successful implementation projects for compensation software, partnering with HR and Finance leaders.
  • Own end-to-end project management, including planning, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
  • Execute technical tasks such as API integrations, data migration, and platform configuration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them solve complex compensation challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and drive platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience as a customer-facing Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, or Customer Success Engineer in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep technical knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and maintain clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3-4 days per week in-office).
