TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (SaaS): Driving successful implementation projects for hirify.global's compensation software, partnering with HR and Finance leaders to transform their compensation strategies. Location: Salt Lake City, UT. Hybrid model requires in-person work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Salary: $89,000 - $128,000

What you will do

  • Drive successful implementation projects for hirify.global's compensation software, partnering with HR and Finance leaders.
  • Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations, creating detailed project plans and maintaining clear communication.
  • Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers, helping them leverage hirify.global's platform.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface customer needs and identify opportunities for platform improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Execute on the technical needs of the customer with integrations, data migration, and configurations.

Requirements

  • You have 3-10 years of experience as a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
  • You have deep experience and knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and you have worked with API integrations.
  • You are a meticulous project manager and a creative problem solver.
  • You care about customer outcomes and are comfortable working autonomously.
  • You push to understand the “why” behind customer asks.
  • You’re hungry to join a start-up and are excited to move quickly.
