What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs to strengthen global sales performance.
- Own and optimize the sales learning technology ecosystem, including the Highspot platform.
- Partner with sales and GTM leaders to identify capability gaps and define targeted enablement strategies.
- Develop training content, playbooks, and learning journeys aligned with the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales teams have access to effective messaging and tools.
- Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance sales productivity and execution quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or EMEA region.
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training.
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement platforms, specifically Highspot.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes and lifecycle.
- Experience working effectively in a global, matrix organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools within a commercial environment.
- Familiarity with Corporate Visions sales methodologies.
- Experience working across multiple regions with sensitivity to cultural differences.
