TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the UK or EMEA region (Home-based/Hybrid).

What you will do

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs to strengthen global sales performance.
  • Own and optimize the sales learning technology ecosystem, including the Highspot platform.
  • Partner with sales and GTM leaders to identify capability gaps and define targeted enablement strategies.
  • Develop training content, playbooks, and learning journeys aligned with the sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales teams have access to effective messaging and tools.
  • Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance sales productivity and execution quality.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK or EMEA region.
  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training.
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement platforms, specifically Highspot.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes and lifecycle.
  • Experience working effectively in a global, matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools within a commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Visions sales methodologies.
  • Experience working across multiple regions with sensitivity to cultural differences.
