Salary: $98,000 - $118,000 USD

What you will do

• Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance for benefits and leave programs.
• Perform financial reviews of carrier billing and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees for benefits and claims navigation.
• Manage the open enrollment process and life status changes.
• Oversee leave-of-absence and disability requests, interpreting FMLA and ADA implications.
• Conduct regular audits of benefits data within the HRIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• 5+ years managing leave of absence in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel (10–15%).

• Relevant certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-CP.
