Salary: $98,000 - $118,000 USD

What you will do
- Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance for benefits and leave programs.
- Perform financial reviews of carrier billing and ensure invoice accuracy.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees for benefits and claims navigation.
- Manage the open enrollment process and life status changes.
- Oversee leave-of-absence and disability requests, interpreting FMLA and ADA implications.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data within the HRIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration.
- 5+ years managing leave of absence in a multi-state environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel (10–15%).

- Relevant certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-CP.
