What you will do

• Design and implement the enterprise citizen development program, including operating models, policies, and maturity roadmaps.
• Define and enforce governance, intake, and lifecycle management controls for business-led applications and automations.
• Proactively identify non-compliance, manage risk escalation, and coordinate remediation or decommissioning of solutions.
• Develop training, certification, and enablement pathways to guide citizen developers on quality and compliance standards.
• Partner with IT, Security, Risk, and Legal teams to align enforcement actions with enterprise risk tolerance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and solution oversight to ensure business-led development remains secure and scalable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or governing low-code/no-code, automation, or digital enablement programs.
• 3+ years of experience designing and operating IT governance or compliance frameworks in an enterprise environment.
• Operational familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct management authority and apply risk-based decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Microsoft Power Platform PL-900 certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
