What you will do
- Monitor inbound and outbound file transmissions, batch jobs, and interface processing to ensure successful delivery.
- Validate file completeness, record counts, naming conventions, and formatting standards.
- Perform reconciliations between source and target systems to verify data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or corrupted transmissions in coordination with technical teams.
- Support integration testing, UAT, and production readiness efforts.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational procedures for data exchanges.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data transmissions, file-based integrations, or enterprise application support.
- Experience supporting federal system implementations or large-scale data exchange environments.
- Strong understanding of batch processing, reconciliation techniques, and transmission controls.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
- Experience with OneStream, ERP, or financial management systems.
- Familiarity with GTAS reporting and federal financial interfaces.
- Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols and middleware platforms.
- Past experience working with a Federal agency or Department of War.
