What you will do

• Identify and cultivate new client relationships and project opportunities in partnership with local and national leaders.
• Qualify and manage a lead pipeline, advancing opportunities through the capture process.
• Represent the company at regional industry organizations, committees, and conferences to build market visibility.
• Analyze regional market intelligence to inform pursuit strategies and capture planning.
• Partner with marketing and proposal teams on client-specific positioning and interview strategies.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in Salesforce for pipeline visibility and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive business development experience in the AEC industry or related professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading pursuit strategies and winning large, complex projects.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 35% regionally.
