TL;DR

Senior Sales Engineer (AEC): Designing and delivering technical solutions for AEC customers on a secure multi-cloud platform with an accent on BIM collaboration and project delivery. Focus on leading complex Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and aligning product capabilities with business outcomes.

Location: US Remote; offices available in Raleigh, NC, Draper, UT, and Mountain View, CA

Salary: $125k - $140k annually plus commission-based incentive pay

What you will do

  • Lead complex technical engagements and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) with detailed execution plans.
  • Translate construction workflows, such as BIM collaboration, into scalable technical solutions.
  • Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, and AEC customers.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and tailored solution proposals.
  • Lead the technical response for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide industry insights for the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, IT, or AEC industry technology.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Technical familiarity with AEC tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore, or ACC.
  • Broad knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, networking (bandwidth/latency), and data governance.
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
