Salary: $100,674.00 - $125,841.00

What you will do

• Drive travel sales revenue by managing team performance and setting strategic goals.
• Coach and mentor Travel Advisors to improve sales productivity and service quality.
• Analyze sales trends and industry data to identify growth opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Manage staffing levels and oversee the full employment lifecycle, including hiring and training.
• Resolve complex member issues and strengthen relationships with industry vendors and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures across all lines of business.

Requirements

• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT or able to work from the specified office location.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or High School diploma with 9+ years of travel sales and service experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
