Salary: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage department communications and coordinate internal/external stakeholder interactions.
• Process vendor invoices and handle supply orders across multiple office locations.
• Organize department functions, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Support IT processing tasks including employee onboarding and ticket management.
• Maintain accurate department records and prepare expense reports.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and operational support for the IT team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an administrative field required.
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
