TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Driving provider growth by managing inbound and outbound lead generation to expand the market reach of an AI-powered healthcare platform with an accent on high-volume outreach and lead qualification. Focus on iterating GTM strategies, scaling multi-channel engagement, and optimizing the prospect journey.

Location: All full-time roles are in person in New York (SoHo)

Salary: $65K – $90K + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage speed-to-lead for inbound interest, qualifying leads and booking meetings to keep the funnel moving.
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound strategies via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
  • Personalize outreach at scale utilizing AI tools, account research, and prior conversations.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to build and maintain target account lists focused on the company's ICP.
  • Conduct discovery calls and ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified leads to Growth Associates.
  • Test and iterate on messaging and sequences, using data to double down on effective channels.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven discipline in tracking and improving performance metrics week over week.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, personable, and confident.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and switch contexts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Must be based in New York for full-time in-person work.
