What you will do
- Execute a go-to-market territory strategy to identify and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for complex, transformational technology deals to meet and exceed annual quotas.
- Engage C-level stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT to position AI-led value propositions using ROI analysis.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC qualification framework for rigorous deal management and accurate forecasting.
- Coordinate internal resources including Solution Consultants, Legal, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Success teams to ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional sales experience, with 4+ years specifically in complex enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record in SaaS, BPO, CX, CCaaS, or online marketing sales environments.
- Experience in Strategic Value-Based Selling and defining complex business cases.
- Deep familiarity with the digital transformation landscape and procurement processes in the US.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Operational excellence in CRM hygiene and managing long sales cycles.
