What you will do
- Lead all post-sales activities through strong relationship-building and product execution.
- Oversee customer adoption, training, and best practices to drive incremental value.
- Conduct Business Reviews to align goals, identify risks, and communicate performance metrics.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to recommend features based on specific business needs.
- Manage customer escalations by coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
- Experience in Telecommunications and Contact Center space (UCaaS/CCaaS).
- Proven ability to interact with and influence C-level executives.
- Referenceable experience managing large Enterprise customers.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work hybrid from Denver, CO or Austin, TX.
